Please be advised that much of our equipment is made of wood or other material that can be easily damaged by water. We would appreciate that you make every effort to keep the equipment dry. When the equipment is in an area where it could get wet due to sprinklers, please make sure the timer is OFF until the items are picked up or moved to a different area. Rain damage is also a concern of ours; please put the equipment under cover in case of inclement weather.
With regard to our Rental Heaters, please be assured that every effort has been made to insure that the heaters are in optimum condition. Please refer to the instruction page by clicking this link when turning the units on. In the unlikely event that you are unable to light the heater, please phone us immediately at (714) 545-6777, or if after hours, you may page us at (800) 698-8154. We will make every effort to resolve the problem by telephone; if this is unsuccessful we will send a service technician to the location. We suggest the heaters be started (45) minutes prior to guest arrival, so if there is a problem, we will have time to respond. Refunds will only be honored if we are informed of the problem and given the opportunity to respond.
